Pasta Class Experience
Experience learning how to make real pasta by hand with a board and rolling pin, according to the secrets passed down by mother Morena.
You will be able to prepare two different types of dough and learn the different techniques for making tagliatelle, fettuccine, ravioli, tortellini and pici.
The course ends with a tasting of your handmade pasta accompanied by a good glass of wine!
The Locanda is open for an authentic Maremma cuisine experience.
