Pasta Class Experience

Experience learning how to make real pasta by hand with a board and rolling pin, according to the secrets passed down by mother Morena.

You will be able to prepare two different types of dough and learn the different techniques for making tagliatelle, fettuccine, ravioli, tortellini and pici.

The course ends with a tasting of your handmade pasta accompanied by a good glass of wine!

The Locanda is open for an authentic Maremma cuisine experience.

In our small company we respect the “zero kilometerphilosophy. The products of the garden follow the seasons and come from organic cultivation, as well as the production of our olive oil. In the morning you can taste the homemade jams and the fresh eggs of our chickens. The singing of the birds and the horses in the surrounding meadows will be the backdrop to your awakening
